About me: I am From New Hampshire, spent my college years in Maine with time in Vermont and Mass as well. I have been quite nomadic in life so far, picking up and moving to Mississippi and Louisiana to work on off shore oil vessels and then finally settling in Georgia as a nice middle ground. I have an eclectic cooking style with inspiration from New England and Cajun/Creole and now Classic Southern to categorize myself. My passion is feeding people, making them happy with food and baking! I currently work as the Head Chef of the Brunch Apothecary in Dacula Ga, I also am the Pastry Chef in house and create the all baked goods and desserts used there daily as well as the specials. I am also a proud Mom of a fantastic little boy who just turned four, and a happy wife to a very sweet husband who I am lucky to have supporting me. Specializing in Intimate Dinners for Two or Gatherings Of up to Twenty, I craft an Experience to remember. Who doesn't want a private chef all to themselves? You don't have to worry about a thing, except being prepared for the feast ahead of you! I whole heartedly believe my mission in this life is to feed people, you will not be hungry after a meal with me!
Crafting a Menu:
After chatting with you about your event I like to create custom menus with a few different options for you to choose from. I try to use the freshest ingredients available to me, often working with local farmers and markets to ensure products in peak season. I will be in contact with you for input and customizations (you'd tell me if you didn't like mushrooms right?).
After Finalizing the Menu, Courses and Guests, I do all the shopping and prep making sure everything goes perfect for your event. The day of your event, I arrive ahead of schedule to set up and start cooking your feast. All I require is use of your space, oven, stove top and general kitchen space. I bring all my own equipment and utensils, set up, prepare and serve a meal to remember while you are free to enjoy the evening. Good wine, good food and good friends make great memories! Most dinners I host are plated and presented by me and served singularly, but if you are looking for something a little less formal I can also arrange family style meals of the same quality.
After all the courses have been served I perform my final magic tricks and make myself disappear! Its like I wasn't even there, the dishes are rinsed and placed in the dishwasher or are in the drying rack, the kitchen is swept and counters washed and sanitized and everything is returned to its original placement. Then I take my leave, the only thing left behind is full bellies and happy hearts.
*Prices do vary \depending upon the number of courses, the addition of a wine pairing(s), cocktail hour offerings, cheese course, dessert course and the number of guests. Contact me for a Proposal for your event.
*Generally I use your plates for an event if you like or for a small party I can provide my own porcelain plates. I also can provide high quality disposables or plate/glass rentals if desired for an additional fee.
*Substitutions are made in rare occasions if products are not up to my standard of quality and may result in slight menu changes.

I offer Intimate Buffet Style Caterings and Drop off Caterings. I Do Baby Showers, Bridal Parties, Tailgate Parties, Barbeque, Kids parties, Office Parties, Corporate Lunches and More! I am also able to offer a gathering space for your party, my Commissary Kitchen Is The Brunch Apothecary located in Dacula Georgia. For an additional fee I am able to rent this space to you depending availability and party size.*At this time I am Just Me Myself and I, So to keep quality as high as possible I am Limited to a 50 person maximum for caterings. I hope to be able to expand soon and welcome more guests.*

Intimate Caterings are a joy for me, Usually how we do them is similar to that of a dinner party. After getting into contact with me we discuss your event, what is the theme? Where is it? When is it? Number of guests? Any dietary restrictions or allergies etc.? Do you need attendants or is it a drop off? I then create possible dishes to coincide with any theme you might have and we discuss pricing based on recent market prices and number of guests. Upon finalizing the menu, I reach out again about a week ahead of the event to reconfirm and make sure there are no additional changes. Depending on how scheduling goes I can drop off the evening prior or hours prior to deliver and set up items. Items are on disposable trays for your convenience or I also have white porcelain platters depending on your event ( I just come reclaim the platters the day after). Each one is labeled and has a list of ingredients as well to lessen the risk of an allergy. Serving utensils are included for each dish, paper goods however are an additional fee roughly $1.75 per person depending quality and quantity. If attendants are required for serving and or hot buffet style caterings, staff is a additional fee. Tipping is appreciated but not expected.
